• ♡ Hair must arrive washed and blow-dried. If not properly blow-dried, an additional blow-dry fee will apply.
• ♡ Service times may vary — please keep your schedule open afterward.
• ♡ No extra guests are permitted during appointments.

• ♡ A 10-minute grace period is provided. After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee applies.
• ♡ Clients arriving 20 minutes late may be considered a no-show and may need to reschedule.
• ♡ Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
• ♡ All deposits are non-refundable.

Clients may reschedule their appointment one time if the request is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Squeeze-in appointments are available for clients needing an appointment within 48 hours. This fee helps accommodate last-minute scheduling requests and priority booking availability.

For all wig installation appointments, wigs must be dropped off at least 2 days before the appointment date for proper customization and preparation.
